The participants will discuss the state of the art in the field of employment of people with disabilities. They will have a better understanding on what is the current situation in our country regarding the employment of people with disabilities, how could the state support those companies that would like to hire people with disabilities, how open employers are to working with people with special needs, what barriers does the employer face at the level of legislation or state policies and what are the basic barriers that people with disabilities in the Republic of Moldova face when achieving the right to work.
